What do I do when objects or images are missing on a PNN page?

During the editing process there can sometimes be issues with your web browser. Errors or missing objects can become a problem. Here is a quick way to work around an issue your browser might be having with a PNN page. Hold down the keyboard shift-key and with your mouse click on your browsers reload button (some browsers label it the refresh button). After the page has been reloaded, the problem should be corrected. If not, try upgrading your browser to one like Mozilla Firefox.

I clicked on "edit" to make changes to my web page and a blank window pops-up with the progress wheel running? What do I do now?

Best thing to do is click the red close button and try it again. If this does not work after several tries exit the browser and return, PNN keeps you logged in till you click on the logout button. In many cases this problem is caused by an older version of Internet Explorer, upgrading your browser will fix many issues with pnn.com tools.
